In China’s "13th Five-Year Plan" is coming to a successful conclusion and the 14 th Five-Year Plan will begin,China is striving to transform itself from a big manufacturing country to a manufacturing power,and strive to make the world know China because "Made in China" has become "China’s intellectual creation".In order to achieve this goal,China has put forward a series of measures such as supply-side reform,and the market environment has changed a lot.Under the new situation,the machinery manufacturing industry has been affected first,which is both an opportunity and a challenge.Managers of enterprises are increasingly aware that in order to conform to the market tide and become a follower,it is necessary to make full use of management theory to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.Based on T machinery group co.,LTD.,as the research object,based on the theory of performance management of human resources,human resources to the T machinery group co.,LTD performance management system to conduct a comprehensive in-depth analysis,through the way such as books,the network to find relevant literature,study relevant theories,understand the status of the human resources performance management theory research development at home and abroad,using the way of questionnaire,Combining theory with practice,to find out the key problems in the process of human resource performance management of T Machinery Group Co.,Ltd.Such as the human resources performance management value degree is not enough,the lack of perfect human resource performance appraisal index,the lack of perfect human resources performance management system,lack of effective human resources performance communication between all levels,lack of powerful human resources performance management supervision system,lack of the effective application of human resource performance appraisal results,And the reasons behind the above problems are analyzed.Aimed at these problems puts forward the construction of modern human resources performance management idea,optimizing human resource performance appraisal target and index,optimizing human resources performance management system,strengthen the communication between human resource performance at all levels,improve the system of human resource performance management supervision,strengthen the application of human resource performance appraisal results of solution,From the formulation of the program to the implementation of the whole process to put forward countermeasures,and set up supporting measures.This paper studies the target management theory will be applying the theory,key performance indicators to T machinery group co.,LTD.,the actual human resources performance management work,through the optimized human resources performance management plan,improve the efficiency of the enterprise,to achieve corporate strategic objectives,use of human resources performance management plan feedback at the same time,continuously optimizing scheme of its own,It has certain practical guidance and theoretical innovation.
