The construction of EPC project of hydropower project accelerates the pace of hydropower construction in China and plays an important role in promoting the harmonious and stable development of our society.The EPC project of hydropower project adapts to the development of China's market economy,enhances the share of hydropower construction in the international market and the competitiveness under the international General contract mode,so it has important practical significance to advance the development of EPC General Contracting mode of hydropower project.In recent years,although the development of EPC project of hydropower engineering is rapid,however,due to the long construction period,complex construction conditions and unknown natural environment of the EPC Project,the general contractor is confronted with greater risks in the construction,so it is necessary to make an objective and scientific analysis on the risk of the general contractor,and put forward a set of reasonable The comprehensive risk Index system,adopting the appropriate method to quantify the risk assessment,adopting the corresponding measures to deal with the evaluation results,is the key problem to implement and vigorously popularize the hydroelectric engineering EPC project,which has important practical value and theoretical significance.Based on the general contractor of Hydropower project,the main contents are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of the EPC project of Hydropower Project,the risk of the EPC project of hydropower project is divided into eight categories,and the risk factors are preliminarily identified.The risk index system of hydropower Project EPC project was determined by the method of brainstorming and literature collection.(2)The weight value of the risk index of the EPC project of hydropower project is determined by the entropy weight method.Based on the fuzzy theory,this paper constructs the intuitionistic uncertain language set evaluation model of hydropower project's EPC project and the comprehensive evaluation model of the fuzzy theory of equal risk graph method,combined with concrete examples,validates the validity of the evaluation model of intuitionistic uncertain language set.(3)Based on set pair analysis method,the risk response model of EPC project of hydropower project is constructed.Through the construction of the model and the engineering practice,the main risk factors of the general contractor are determined and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
