With the rapid advancement of new type urbanization, the scale and population of cities are increasing constantly. The low-density spread development of city periphery has increased long-distance travel and aggravated the traffic burden.Rail transit has become the main way to solve urban traffic with the advantages of large volume, fast speed and high punctuality. However, the low density of the city periphery rail network makes the accessibility of rail stations low,so it is necessary to enter the rail transit system through the connection of other modes of transportation. In addition, due to the large investment and long construction period of rail transit,it is urgent to improve the service efficiency of city rail transit. The planning and design of the station area entering the rail trans it system has become the focus of urban traffic planners.By determining the multi-mode accessible distance of rail station, and on this basis, this paper makes a joint planning of rail stations in order to improve the service efficiency of rail transit.Firstly, this paper analyses the research b ackground of the subject, and defines the related concepts involved in this paper.Secondly, the relevant theories and research methods of accessibility are sorted out,and the s tation accessibility, planning and design of rail station area and "small block, dense road network" mode are summarized at home and abroad. The shortcomings of existing research are summarized, and the significance and value of joint planning of rail station area based on multi-mode accessibility are put forward.Thirdly, the general situation of the development of Fuzhou NO.1 line of rail is analyzed, and the land use present situation, land development intensity, road system and transport facilities of the urban peripheral rail stations are demonstrated. The selected rail stations are determined, and the influencing factors of the accessibility of the rail stations are analyzed.Fourthly,by investigating the residents' travel around the rail station,a multi-logit model based on the residents' travel behavior around the rail stati on is constructed, and the acceptable multi-mode accessible distance of the residents around the rail station is determined, and the multi-mode accessible circle layer in the rail station area is formed.Fifthly, the joint planning strategy of the rail station area is put forward.Based on the multi-mode accessible distance around the rail station area, the joint planning of the rail station is carried out with the optimization of the road traffic network, the planning of the pedestrian space system and of the traffic joint system as the main parts. At the same time, taking the Xiangfeng Station of Fuzhou NO.1 line of rail as an example, this paper expounds the joint planning of each circle around the station, and evaluates the service scope of the rail station under the multi-mode accessible construction,so as to improve the service scope of the rail station.Based on the "accessibility" theory, this paper quantitatively ana lyses the accessible distances of various joint modes through statistical modeling of resident travel data of rail stations, and make a joint planning based on road network, pedestrian space and traffic joint system, which provides guidance for planning and design of Fuzhou and other city peripheral rail stations.
