Under the new situation of the current electric power system reform,power supply companies are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The gradual liberalization of electricity market has brought about more dynamic market competition and more flexible market policies.The competition on the electricity selling side of the power grid has become increasingly fierce as the market has opened up.Under the new situation,in order to better face the market competition and strive for greater development space,the traditional power supply company must overcome the "zero pressure" inertia thinking in the previous monopoly period,change the previous business concept of “emphasizing production and ignoring marketing”,make the concept of “pay attention to customers,services and marketing”become the consensus of the enterprises.In a competitive environment,traditional power supply companies must seek ways to improve their marketing work,they can make accurate and effective service marketing strategies to improve their customer satisfaction,and achieve the goals of preventing the stock market lossing,developing the new electricity markets,and keeping the business performance improving constantly.Based on the background of power market reform and power service marketing,this article starts from the related theories of power supply service and service marketing,taking the State Grid HA County Power Supply Company as the research object,analyzes and summarizes the status quo and problems of service marketing of it.Through the internal and external environmental analysis,then use the STP theory to segment the market of the Company into two different target markets,which includes general power market common users and competitive power market big customers.Finally,combined with the service marketing 7P strategy,developing different service marketing strategies for them,and then put forward the safeguard measures which implementing relevant strategies required.The research not only hopes to enhance the service marketing level of State Grid HA County power supply company which under the competitive market environment,but also hopes to contribute to the transformation and the power marketing research of China's power supply enterprises.
