As modern urbanization becomes faster,there are more and more commercial districts,industry zones and neighborhood units,which makes ground cleaning jobs heavier.Road sweepers and other cleaning equipments partly reduce the pressure of cleaning jobs.However,because road sweeper integrates functions of road sweeping,water sprinkling,cleaning,washing,dry cleaning,wash cleaning,flushing and etc,all actions have ganged,interactive,interlocking logical relationships,it is strict and difficult to control the power take-off.At present,most road sweepers adopt double engine drive type,say the chassis and the upper body use different drive engines,which can efficiently solve power and PTO problem.But this solution has many problems,such as the cost is high,the subsidiary engine emission standard can only reach GIII level,heavily pollution,big noise.These problems have always been bothering the industry factories,agents and users.Based on enterprise annual products development plan,in order to solve the above problems,in this article the writer anylises structure and working theory of road sweeper,according to working environments and cleaning requests,combining the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection,develops and designs single engine multi-functional road sweeper.Important works are as followings:Firstly,design the whole scheme of single engine multi-functional road sweeper,from the perspective of vehicle power system,state the function and main components of single engine hydraulic driving system in the whole truck.Secondly,develop single engine hydraulic driving system,according to single engine multifunctional road sweeper ‘s actual running status,adopt interactive type hydraulic driving design,matching transfer case and transmission system;aiming at special power take-off structure of this product,design and match corresponding high pressure water pump and centrifugal fan.By this design,although there is only one chassis engine,the single engine multifunctional road sweeper can realise quick switch from high speed sites transmission and low speed working;the power then can be distributed reasonably during the vehicle actual working.After calculating and testing the outlet power and torque of all power outlets,the results verified the correctness of this design scheme.Thirdly,combining road sweeper's actual working situation,conduct designing,choosing and verifying of all the key components,mainly conduct design calculating of sweeping mechanical device,dust-bin assembly,suction mechanical device,hydraulic system,verifying design rationality of all key system from power matching and actual working demand.Finally,to further verify feasibility and correctness of theory stated in this article,conduct whole truck simulation analysis of performance and road test.Fully testified correctness of corresponding power system and upper body working system technology of single engine hydraulic driving multifunctional road sweeper mentioned in this article,which can fully satisfy the need of actual working situation.
