Surface roughness is the main index of pavement evaluation and acceptance.The road surface roughness directly influences the driving comfort safety and driving economy of the vehicle.Poor surface roughness of the road will cause greater damage to the parts of the driving car and increase the fuel consumption of the driving vehicle.The compaction of pavement construction has a great correlation with durability and life,and the good compaction can improve the water resistance of pavement.Insufficient compaction will cause the road surface to undergo secondary rolling of heavy vehicles after opening traffic,resulting in surface roughness attenuation.Therefore,under the premise of ensuring compaction,improving construction leveling is the focus and key technology of highway science and technology.In response to this problem,the following studies have been carried out:on the basis of the analysis of the key factors affecting the surface roughness and compaction of asphalt pavement,the transmission characteristics of the surface roughness of pavement and paving are deduced.According to the transmission characteristics of surface roughness a mathematical model of the relationship between surface roughness,compactness and surface roughness is established,and the surface roughness control technology of asphalt pavement is put forward.in order to apply the control technology of road construction surface roughness,the surface roughness detection technology and method of pavement layer are studied in detail,and the surface roughness detection system and detection method are studied.Based on the principle of eight-wheel instrument flatness detection and sensing technology,a testing system was developed for the surface roughness detection of pine layer.The correlation between the experimental results of the self-made leveling instrument and the actual eight-wheel instrument was analyzed.due to the slow collection and low efficiency of the self-made road surface roughness meter,it is not suitable for long-distance continuous measurement.In order to track the surface roughness of the pavement,a laser road surface roughness meter was developed.The test and verification of the laser surface roughness meter are carried out in the physicalengineering.It is verified that the accuracy of the measurement method of the laser surface roughness meter can meet the requirements of the detection department to detect the surface roughness of the road surface.the experimental study on the control technology of asphalt pavement surface roughness verified by laser pavement surface roughness in physical engineering shows that the surface roughness of the final road surface compaction is best only when the paving is high and the paving surface roughness is high.The compaction of the molded road surface also reached the highest value.
