Compaction is the key link in the construction of the bridge deck asphalt. The stand or fall ofcompaction quality directly influences the bridge, the strength and stability and durability. A lot of researchsurface, leading to the current domestic some bridge deck in early serious damage is an important reasonfor compacting the effect not beautiful.Bridge deck structure belongs to the impending structure, different from the pavement structure have alarge amount of subgrade as supporting content, the same construction process on the impact of bridgestructure is more than the influence of the structure of roadbed. Therefore, how to reduce the compactioneffect of bridge structure safety increasingly bridge experts about the questions. This paper, from thecompaction method, compaction machinery and bridge deck pavement materials into consideration how toreduce compaction effect of bridge structure safety.Bridge structures in the whole construction process it could have all kinds of loads, can be divided intohorizontal load, vertical load and load are special to the common characteristic, cable-stayed bridge andsteel bridge, the paper analyzes the construction load on the influence of bridge structure. Analysis ofvarious mechanical characteristics of the form, and find out the bridge structure bearing ability is weak, notsuitable for vibration compaction sites.For vibration compaction and oscillation compaction the two main compaction method analysis oftheir respective compaction principle and process, and analyzes the vibration compaction and vibrationcompaction bridge structure, the influence of vibration compaction that more suitable for application in thebridge deck compaction work. Survey the current domestic used frequently in compaction machine, putsforward the implementation of quality control work pressure index, for the following bridge deckcompaction has a guiding significance.To bridge deck pavement the use of material performance analysis, which is due to the asphalt castingtype their molding and casting the characteristics of natural form after strength, after rolling in pavingwithout, and avoids the compaction. Construction of asphalt concrete pavement of put forward theapplication conditions and casting of asphalt, for the following placement of asphalt concrete pavementtype has a certain significance.
