Research On Performance Prediction And Prevention And Maintenance Decision Of Highway Asphalt Pavement

With the extensive use of asphalt pavement in our country,the corresponding management problems also follow,such as the decline rate of asphalt pavement performance,the timing of preventive maintenance,maintenance decision-making and other technical needs are increasing.Therefore,it is urgent to analyze the performance of pavement and formulate a scientific preventive maintenance plan.(1)According to the characteristics of common diseases of asphalt pavement,the characteristics of early diseases of asphalt pavement on expressway are systematically summarized,and the causes of different diseases are analyzed.Combining with the commonly used evaluation methods of asphalt pavement performance at home and abroad,this paper analyses and summarizes the corresponding evaluation indicators of various kinds of asphalt pavement performance of expressway,and systematically introduces and analyses the commonly used detection methods,calculation methods,evaluation indicators and evaluation criteria,and introduces the theoretical basis for subsequent prediction of asphalt pavement performance.(2)The common prediction models of asphalt pavement performance at home and abroad are studied and analyzed,their applicability and limitations are summarized,the factors affecting pavement performance are analyzed,and the principles of performance prediction model are briefly described.On this basis,the grey Markov prediction model is introduced,and the pavement technical status in engineering is forecasted by Markov prediction model.Good prediction results are obtained.(3)The maintenance timing of asphalt pavement is studied and analyzed,the importance of preventive maintenance is emphasized,and the recognition and selection principles of preventive maintenance period are analyzed.This paper introduces in detail various methods to determine the time of preventive maintenance,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of each method and the difficulty of realization.Through research and analysis,the benefit-cost analysis method based on life cycle is recommended.The actual road condition test results of Baiyin section of G6 high speed are taken as an example for analysis,and the prediction results also show the practicability of this method.(4)Through literature research and field testing,the applicability of maintenance measures for expressway asphalt pavement is analyzed.Based on the evaluation and prediction of performance indicators of Expressway Asphalt Pavement and the timing of maintenance,the decision-making methods for pavement maintenance are summarized and analyzed.Taking Lanzhou section of Beijing-Tibet expressway as an example,the decision-making for maintenance measures is made by using grey matter-element method,and thin heat is recommended.Mixed asphalt concrete cover is a maintenance measure to maximize the comprehensive benefits of maintenance of this section.The pavement performance of the pavement after maintenance and overlaying is tested.The results show that the pavement performance indexes after maintenance and overlaying are all excellent,and the service performance is greatly improved.
