With the continuous development of water transportation industry and scale of wharf project,high-piled wharf is used more widely.The research of the main construction technology of high-piled wharf,which directly determines the construction efficiency and economic benefits of wharf project.The quality control is the key to the quality level of the wharf project.In this paper,the construction of the phase V of Beilun port container terminals is used for the study.The relative stress theories on rock embedded pile are introduced.The construction technology of rock embedded pile of the project is studied.The quality control system of the project is put forward.The main results are as follows:(1).Phase V of Beilun port container terminal is with a larger high piled beam-slab wharf construction project as a key project in Zhejiang Province.The project has characteristics of large marina segment length,bent span,wide platform dock and tight deadlines of construction,etc.The quay wall is with complex geological conditions,while the rear land is with the cross-dock construction.So the rock embedded pile was used in the project under the integrated technical and economic consideration.(2).The determination of bearing capacity of rock embedded pile is significant in the whole construction.The method of rock embedded pile are including mainly preloading method,anchor pile method and self-balance method.Combined with the project,the theoretical analysis method and the field test method are highlighted.The linear elastic model,hyperbolic model,other relevant model and formulas for rock pile skin friction are summed up.Three different rock embedded pile depth control theory based on carrying capacity,pile stability and pile top settlement are summed up.(3).Through the design,research and analyse of the the construction technology of rock embedded pile,as for the site-specific characteristics of the project,the suitable steel platform are chosen to be constructed The steel platform is mainly including ?1200 steel pipe pile construction platform and ?2200 steel sleeve construction platform.The appropriate size are calculated,and the function of the platform to ensure the quality and safety of the completedconstruction is indicated by practical engineering.(4).Combined with construction quality control procedures of high-piled wharf,the main reason for the top beam cracks of the project is summed up.Two solutions are put forward contrapuntally.One is construction technology using water reducer with double slit and cutting back stripon on the twenty-seven section;the other one is construction technology using sub-unit block on pouring in the twenty-eight section.Both the solutions are effective according to the sustained observation on the project for a year and a half.
