Study On Quantification For Quality Management Task Assignment

With rapid development of Chinese economy,the popularity of private cars promoted the rapid development of the domestic automobile manufacturing industry.Except to bring auto parts enterprises great opportunities,it also bring challenge of daily operation and management for enterprises.Task allocation problem has been plagued by part of the enterprise management.Through analysis and study of mass production quality management,it establishs a workload quantitative system for quality management in this article,by means of FMEA,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Delphi method.Based on established workload quantitative system of quality management,there is an evaluation of the 76 mass production products for quality management workload.Based on the quantitative analysis model,it established quality management workload of average distribution method in this article.After task assignment,it can find out problem through practical work inspection.For solving the problem,it invole production line to optimize task assignment method in the last chapter.By comparing the two kinds of task allocation established in the paper and task allocation for orginal assigment,results lead to the final task allocation method.
