More and more new auto company was built,as Chinese Auto mobile is developing prosperously and boomingly.They hope to get share-marketing and make a big money from Chinese Auto market.On the other side,challenge becomes more and more aggravated and perfervid,due to many first tier OEM involved;also,Chinese custom becomes more and more mature,focusing on production quality and comfort,not just only style.In a word,Auto OEM targeting to take a big share of market,must produce high quality production,bringing high customer expectation and enhancing brand effect.Air condition is one of most comfortable effect in Auto industrial;it needed to develop very lower noise level in air condition side.So it is very important about project risk management for AC noise reduction project.We take one new built Auto company,located in global level as background,because it was built with new created brand.So it requested the production quality must be higher than current existing similar level competitors,also air condition is key comfort factor of Auto mobile,it means noise reduction of air condition project can determine project success or not.Studying current situation both abroad and home,also connecting the company actual situation and basing on existing risk factors of current project,we built the project risk recognition model,project risk evaluation model---hierarchical fuzzy judging method,and project risk class management process.The model and process are validated,using the real existing project,and the validation result is effective and feasible.It can reduce project risk and risk effect through the defined model and process.
