Study On Bidding Risk Management Of Construction Project

Construction projects is an important basic condition for economic development and people’s quality of life,and it is an indispensable part of the national economy.As the first work of engineering project construction,bidding aims to select enterprises with good reputation and strong comprehensive strength to participate in the construction of engineering project.Bidding results directly affect the success or failure of the project,and high-quality bidding work is the guarantee to ensure the successful completion of the project.However,due to the bidding system is nut perfect,the follow-up supervision is not in place and other reasons,in the bidding process bidders fake qualification,round the bid string,fraud and other problems occur,hinder the orderly bidding market.Therefore,it is necessary to study the bidding risk management of construction projects.Bidding management is related to the smooth and successful implementation of the construction project,and plays an important role in the overall results after the completion of the project.Therefore,strengthening the bidding risk management is of great significance to each project team and the whole economy and society.In view of some problems existing in the bidding stage of engineering projects,this paper makes a systematic risk management study on the bidding work of general construction projects by using the related theory of risk management.Firstly,through literature analysis and expert questionnaire,16 main risk factors are identified,including contractor,s risk of borrowing qualification,contractor,s risk of bidding string and bidding encirclement,risk of compiling bidding documents and risk of imperfect contract terms.Secondly,on the basis of risk identification,using the hierarchical process in the process of construction project bidding each risk index weight calculation,and according to the comprehensive weight sorting,determine should focus on guard against the risk of engineering project bidding stage,and then combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of project bidding risk,determine the bidding risk level.The results show that the risk factors,such as the risk of the contractor’s borrowing qualification,the risk of the contractor’s bid-tying and bid-encirclement,and the risk of tender document compilation,have the greatest influence on the project and the are focus of risk management.The overall bidding risk of the project is medium risk and and in a controllable state.Thirdly,according to the bidding risk evaluation results,put forward universal and targeted risk response measures.Finally,through the analysis of the bidding example of the training building project in a university,the evaluation result of the bidding risk of general construction project are verified.Through the study presented in this paper,the risks that the general construction projects should focus on preventing in the bidding stage are determined,and targeted strategies and countermeasures,which has certain reference value for the tenderer to build the bidding risk management system of construction projects,improve the risk controllability and decision-making science of the bidding work,so as to achieve the goal of the successful completion of the project.
