| With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,private cars have gradually become the first choice for the public to travel.To make the automobile industry bigger and stronger is of great significance to achieve the goal of a technologically strong country,continuously improve the hard power of China’s manufacturing industry,and help the healthy development of the economy.Vehicle plant expansion projects due to the complexity of its construction content,coupled with the tight schedule and heavy tasks,there are more safety risks,has been quite by the regulatory authorities and the relevant units of attention.By evaluating the safety risks of the vehicle plant expansion project and taking necessary preventive measures according to the evaluation results,the implementation of reasonable project construction safety risk management has a very significant social application value.In this paper,the safety risk management of the passenger car plant expansion project is studied on behalf of the second phase expansion project of Company Z.The second phase expansion project of Company Z involves several sub-projects such as plant construction and equipment installation,and the construction requirements are relatively high and the construction is relatively difficult.After the completion of the project,it will be able to double the output of passenger cars.According to the safety risk characteristics of the Phase II expansion project of Company Z,the main risk sources faced in the vehicle plant expansion project were identified by comparing the relevant research results at home and abroad,and then the safety risk factors were identified and determined through on-site research and expert scoring,and then a safety risk evaluation model for the Phase II expansion construction of Company Z was constructed for evaluation based on hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.After ranking the weight values of each safety risk factor in the second phase expansion project of Company Z,it was found that human factors ranked first and were the main safety risk source.Among them,the three safety risk factors of overload labor,poorly tied lifting items and abnormal health condition ranked the top three and were the most important risk factors,which must be controlled well.After the safety risk level assessment,it is concluded that the project is mainly of low and medium level,and the higher level safety risks will hardly appear,which is still within the acceptable range.However,at the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the management and find the shortcomings in order to further reduce the overall risk level of the project.Finally,we propose corresponding methods to deal with the various safety risk factors faced by the project,both general strategic methods and detailed preventive measures,integrating measures and guarantees to promote the improvement of the safety risk management level.It is hoped that through the continuous in-depth study of project safety risk management,the construction process of such construction projects will be made safer and smoother. |
