With the rapid development of industrial automation,great attention has to be paid on quality control system,especially on-site calibration.Thermocouples and platinum resistance below 300 ? are usually calibrated or verified in temperature bath,which is bulky and inconvenient to carry on.And temperature block calibrators,rapid heating cooling,are more suitable for on-site rapid test or calibration.However,some temperature sensors cannot be calibrated by the temperature block calibrator on the market.Purpose of this paper is to study a shallow temperature block calibrator,which is capable of a size greater than 45 mm,in 35?~ 300? on-site.First found through experiments around the bath heating method better than the conventional temperature block calibrator bottom heating effect,and then the optimization do asana temperature calibrator.A wall around the heating mode is verified by ANSYS simulation can provide a more uniform temperature field effectively.On temperature control method,the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of traditional PID and fuzzy control,the selection of the fuzzy PID self-tuning scheme,and has carried on the design and implementation.Then,from the heating furnace,the furnace core layering,mean temperature,shell,for temperature control,cooling and carry the use of mechanical design and so on various aspects to consider.After completion of the finished product,the uncertainty evaluation,obtain the expanded uncertainty of U = 0.3 ?(k = 2).shallow temperature block calibrator conducted experiments and analysis,covering the whole range selected uniform temperature four-point,temperature deviation,temperature fluctuation and the temperature difference between the holes tested the experimental results show that the temperature deviation is not more than-0.3 ?;temperature fluctuation does not exceed ± 0.20 ?;inter-hole temperature does not exceed 0.2 ?,meet the technical requirements for field calibration.
