Research On The Risk Assessment Of The ERP System In Ship Matching Enterprises

21 Century is the era of rapid development of information technology,especially the development and application of Internet technology.Timely and fast response to market information and information resource sharing is required between enterprises and customers,even between enterprises and competitors.At the same time,the continuous development of the market economy and the continuous expansion of the buyer's market,the trend of global market integration is becoming more and more obvious,that makes Chinese enterprise manage business more difficultly.How to ensure product quality,how to improve customer satisfaction,how to control the enterprise cost reasonably and effectively,how to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is becoming a problem in front of many domestic enterprises that need to be solved timely.Also 21 st century is the era of rapid development of the China's shipbuilding industry.Because of the large number of orders from all of the world,domestic ship-matching enterprises are faced with great opportunities and unprecedented challenges.However,in the case of the increase in orders,sufficient capacity is very difficult to be guaranteed,and with the increase of fierce competition in the industry and high demand of customer orders,the traditional management approach is clearly unable to meet the production efficiency.So the level of production and management is in urgent need to improve.For these reasons above,timely application of Enterprise Resource Planning system is necessary for the survival and development of ship-matching enterprises.However,ERP system is very huge and complex,the implementation of ERP project will involve many problems,such as the organization and management of the enterprise.Because the internal management system of enterprise is not very perfect,which makes the ERP implementation difficult and risky.The failure cases of ERP system application can be found everywhere in the world.This paper mainly focuses on how to carry out the project risk assessment in the process of the ERP project.Through the combination of the project management and the risk management in the process of ERP implementation,this paper studies the risk identification and risk assessment in risk management with the theory of risk management in Project management science.Figure out the way to assess the risk of ERP with AHP method,which provides a powerful theoretical basis for the risk control of ERP project implementation to help enterprises to improve the success rate of ERP system implementation and their competitiveness.
