With the further development of Information Technology,Internet and Information Technology has been applied in various fields,including logistics.Today,as logistics plays a more and more important role in economic construction,our government's Ten Major Industrial Planning of 2009 involves logistics' information construction.Logistics' informatization can not only improve work efficiency,reduce transportation costs but also supply lots of value-added service(VAS)involving logistics credit,escrowed payment function and so on.Changjiang River,the longest in China and the third longest in the world,crosses from west to east,whose main brunches contact north and south,which has huge non-replaceable transportation sources.However,the river's logistics informatization has been lagging so it could be very important that logistics information platform should be built.This article deeply analyzes and studies the logistics information platform,and combing Changjiang River's transportation situation and work flow's features,it puts forward Changjiang River's logistics information platform based on O2 O mode.Through the platform's function and Internet technology,the framework has been designed,including Ship-side App,Cargo-side App and Website,background management website systems.The function module in every system is also analyzed and designed.Besides,the data model has been built.Based on the above,the article uses Delphi method to design shipping enterprises with personal,cargo enterprises' credit index system against credit problems,meanwhile design inland transportation's Credit Scoring mode,and validate.Firstly,the article reviewed the technology of logistics information service platforms at home and abroad,and the platform's problems have also been summarized.Furthermore,the article designed the key technology about the Changjiang River's logistics' information service platform,put forward the framework's design,module function,data mode based on O2 O mode,built the inland shipping's logistic credit appraisal system with the help of existing modes.Finally,the article described various subsystems' function architecture,implementation technology,picture demonstration and test results.
