In recent years,Road port is currently valuable road logistics innovation model studied by numerous scholars in the field of logistics,and cities will gradually incorporate it into Logistics Development Plan.Road port the product of highway logistics road development,is a comprehensive logistics development model,a collection of information,systematic and integrated into an integrated logistics and public service platform.The ideal goal of Road port is to integrate small and medium sized logistics enterprises,logistics service resources,logistics demand resources,logistics support and resource management service resources,to provide logistics services for small and medium enterprise's growth and reform.Road port can achieve a complete logistics links,to achieve integrated operation for logistics distribution,information and control functions.Taking Road port as the research object in this paper,it combine Road port and cloud computing technology,to study information technology outsourcing service support system based on cloud computing,and set up cloud-based logistics information service support platform for Road port to achieve supply chain integration of Information Resource Sharing and promotes the combination of information flow and logistics.Through the development of typical modules on Road port Logistics Information Platform,It could fully play the role of information technology in Road port logistics companies,to make the enterprise reasonable scheduling logistics resource configuration and sustainably develop the enterprise's core competitiveness.For this reason,major work includes the following:(1)Study and analyze the basic connotation,features and current problems in the development for Road port.(2)Study and analyze the characteristics of cloud computing technology,architecture,application model and key technologies.In particular,it has a deeper analysis for virtualization technology,the storage technology of huge date,distributed processing technology and Multi-Tenant technology.(3)Study and analyze the problems of traditional information technology outsourcing model for Road port Logistics Enterprises characteristics by combining Road port and cloud computing technology.It proposed a new model of information technology outsourcing under the cloud computing environment.It studies the multi-level cloud computing support system to builds the overall framework and overall system solution deployment of Road port logistics information service support platform.(4)In Hubei Road port logistics as an example,it designs module for two typical modules of Public Information Service and Member Management in Road port Logistics Information Management Platform.In System of Warehouse Management System as an example,it preliminarily implements customized IT outsourcing business.(5)Finally,it analyzes and demonstrates the use of the Road port logistics information platform,and uses the customized warehouse management system in M enterprises to attempt and improve business problems in M.It made a useful research on the combining of the cloud computing and Road port.
