The automatic drilling and riveting,as a key link in the process of aircraft assembly,is an important technical means of automatic assembly.Due to the small rigidity and the large number of riveting points of the aircraft panel,the overall deformation caused by riveting assembly seriously affects the accuracy and coordination of aircraft assembly and reduces the life of aircraft.Therefore,an accurate and efficient prediction method for riveting deformation of aircraft panel based on actual drilling and riveting planning has significant engineering application value for controlling the deformation of aircraft assembly.In this thesis,an effective prediction method for multi-rivet joint deformation of aircraft panel was proposed with the MBD model of panel as the research object and the riveting formation mechanism as the starting point.The main work and innovations are as follows:(1)According to the requirements of riveting process and the characteristics of MBD data structure,the extraction module of drilling and riveting process information was developed.On the basis of the information of riveting point as input,the research about multiple hole-drilling of panel was carried on,and the finite element simulation model of panel was constructed.(2)The distribution of local field data caused by single riveting was analyzed,and a displacement field mapping method,based on local layer was proposed.Taking layered nodes as the research object,the problem of high working intensity with single node as the research object was effectively reduced.Besides,the validity of the method was verified by model comparison.(3)In view of the time-consuming characteristics of numerical simulation about multi-rivet joint,a prediction model was established by using the layered mapping algorithm with the displacement field of single rivet as the boundary condition,and the deformation caused by riveting sequence used in engineering application was analyzed.By improving Dijkstra algorithm,the path optimization method among the riveted subregion was proposed under the optimal riveting sequence.(4)A software module of deformation analysis for multi-rivet joint was developed with ABAQUS as the development plateform.The module realized the functions:the automatic generation of local mapping regions,the local mapping algorithm of multi-rivet joint,the automatic output of results and so on.This research,from the construction of geometric model generation method of the panel to the deformation prediction of multi-rivet joint,made the simulation time of multi-nail riveting effectively improved,and the results showed that,compared with the experiment,the established prediction model could accurately predicted the deformation problem of multi-rivet joint.
