As one of the five major projects of "Made in China 2025",intelligent manufacturing is committed to realizing the flexibility and intelligence of manufacturing process.There are plenty of main and auxiliary materials in the vehicle mixed flow assembly workshop.Advanced and scientific transport and scheduling technology of main and auxiliary materials is an important link for enterprises to improve production efficiency,reduce production cost and realize comprehensive and intelligent automobile manufacturing.This paper focuses on the study of the main and auxiliary material conveying of vehicle mixed flow assembly line.A coordinated scheduling technology of main and auxiliary material conveying unit is proposed according to the new characteristics of vehicle mixed flow assembly line and its material conveying unit.Firstly,the coordinated scheduling technology is based on the IIOT,which realizes the underlying material tracking management comprehensively through the automatic identification technology,the interconnection of industry resources through wireless ad-hoc network interconnection technology.An intelligent gateway based on OPC UA standard is designed to realize the interconnectivity and interoperability of main and auxiliary material conveying unit and friction-based conveyor line.Then,based on the interconnectivity achieved of IIOT technology,and aiming at the efficiency and dynamics of main and auxiliary material distribution,an improved contract network protocol is designed as an optimization algorithm for coordinated scheduling,and its operating efficiency and convergence were verified by simulation.Finally,a coordinated scheduling system software is developed for the main and auxiliary material conveying unit of vehicle mixed flow assembly based on the theoretical research and combining with the laboratory platform.Through field test and trial operation,the feasibility of the coordinated scheduling technology proposed in this paper is verified,which provides the main and auxiliary material distribution for the vehicle mixed flow assembly.
