In order to adapt to market demand,mixed-model production mode will be trend of times.Mixed-model production requires a lot about material conveying,because it has an influence on cost and efficiency of logistics.Hence,it becomes the primary issue to reduce logistical cost and to improve logistical efficiency.For reducing logistical cost and improving logistical efficiency,the research on optimization of logistic technology is necessary.This paper analyses the issue in depth.Firstly,this paper elaborates about basic theory of logistic conveying in car mixed-model production,and find out issues in three different layer of existing logistic system(operation layer,program layer and planning layer).Secondly,this paper make a cause analysis about existing issues, determine the direction of optimization on the basis of the analysis,at the same time,JITD material conveying theory which is derived from JIT production mode,this paper provides a set of detailed optimization scheme under integration between optimization direction and JITD theory,which including material storage,material conveying,information management and logistics process.Thirdly,this paper makes the interior line in assembly shop of Dongfeng Nissan Zhengzhou factory as research object,find out issues of material conveying in production field,and provide optimization strategy in three aspects for interior line on the basis of theory optimization scheme,such as centralized supply,AGV guiding,on-and-off line mechanism and so on,then makes the analysis and evaluation on results.This paper makes an optimization not only about logistic system in theory,but also about actual production line on the basis of optimization scheme.The results show that the optimization reduce logistic cost,and improve operation efficiency at the same time.
