With the rapid economic development,people began to pursue personalized and diversified products.The traditional single-variety production line cannot fully meet the personalized needs of consumers.A variety of small batch mixed flow assembly production methods can quickly respond to market changes,and can achieve multiple product mixed flow assembly at the same time,which not only improves the production efficiency of energy enterprises,but also can meet customer requirements.Therefore,more and more enterprises begin to adopt mixed-flow production method to organize production.This paper analyzes the scheduling order of mixed-flow assembly production mode with the background of mixed-flow assembly line of distributing machine,and focuses on the three optimization goals of the mixed-flow assembly line scheduling sequence The specific research of this article is divided into three parts:First of all,the status of domestic and foreign mixed flow assembly line scheduling problems is analyzed.Starting from the actual problems of the mixed flow assembly line of company A's cloth machine,it is proposed to optimize the component consumption rate,the minimum production cycle period and the load balance of each workstation as the optimization goals Objective function mathematical model.Secondly,the advantages of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are organically combined to form a hybrid genetic algorithm to study the scheduling problem of mixed assembly line.The genetic algorithm uses the local optimization function of the simulated annealing algorithm to prevent the genetic algorithm from falling into the local optimal solution and improve the global search capability.Simultaneous annealing algorithm uses the global optimization function of genetic algorithm to improve the global search ability,and realizes parallel search for multiple feasible solutions.The improved genetic algorithm is used to analyze the calculation example,the simulated annealing algorithm is used to analyze the calculation example,and the hybrid genetic algorithm is used to analyze the calculation example.Finally,with the background of the mixed-flow assembly workshop of the cloth machine in company A,the human-machine interactive interface of the mixed-flow assembly workshop of the cloth machine was developed using the GUI tool in MATLAB software,which facilitated the understanding and operation of the dispatcher and greatly improved the production in theory.effectiveness.It is expected that this paper can solvethe production problem of the mixed flow assembly workshop of the cloth machine,and can provide some reference for other industries.
