The steering gear is a component used for the automatic driving operation of the flying equipment,and belongs to a high-precision position or angle servo driver.During the operation of the aircraft,due to the heat generated by friction with the air and the radial and longitudinal forces generated during the attitude control,the steering gear is actually in a high temperature,large bending moment,torque environment.Work is a major test for the mechanical performance of the steering gear.The main purpose of this paper is to design an experimental system to simulate the high temperature,large bending moment and high torque environment of the steering gear,and measure the deformation of the steering gear housing and the axial direction to ensure the mechanical performance of the steering gear is satisfactory.In this paper,the system software is designed and implemented under the condition that the hardware circuit and mechanical structure are designed.This paper first analyzes the requirements and feasibility of the system,and discusses the implementation of the PC software.And design the overall design of the system and the software framework of the host computer.Secondly,this paper introduces the temperature field loading,deformation measurement and torque loading module principle and algorithm.Analyze the problems encountered with the temperature loading system and design the controller for calibration.The data processing method of the deformation measurement process is studied,and the solution to the temperature drift of the displacement sensor is given during the measurement process.In addition,the bending moment loading and torque loading process are also designed.And implement various software functions based on C++ Builder.Then,based on the PC software requirements analysis and software framework,the underlying basic classes of serial communication and network communication are designed,and the functions of data acquisition and instruction interaction are realized by combining multi-thread technology.The functions of database basic class implementation and database interaction are designed,and the functions and structure of each table in the database are introduced.Design and implement each functional interface class based on the underlying basic class,and combine the methods provided by the underlying basic class to achieve various functions.Then we discuss the communication between threads in the multi-thread work proces.In order to facilitate debugging,the design and development of the lower-level machine software was combined with the host computer software for joint testing.Finally,after the design of the entire system software hardware is completed,we carry out a large number of testing and debugging work on the entire system,and finally meet the project requirements to meet the required accuracy.
