The Monitoring And Control System Of The Upper Computer Of The Hydraulic Pump Based On LabVIEW

The design and research and development of the hydraulic pump test rig are the primary conditions for the study of the hydraulic pump.Based on the overall design of a hydraulic pump performance test-bed and the special technical conditions requirements of the proteiform participants pump,one of aims of the paper puts forward the specific function requirements of hydraulic pump performance test system.The others are to determine the technical parameters of the testing system and to study and to improve the test system of hydraulic pump test-bed.Through the analysis of the hydraulic system,the paper is going to improve the scheme of electric control system and software system design.Hydraulic pump performance test-bed measurement and control system is to combine computer aided test technology and the modern measurement and control technology to develop the non-standard professional hydraulic test system.It uses the existing advanced measurement and control technology to solve a few difficulties in the process of hydraulic pump test,such as data acquisition and analysis,and then controls of the whole test-bed test.The development process of the whole test-bed system requires not only has high test accuracy,sensitivity,reliability of the testing system and convenience of system operation,but also has to be convenient for the user to perform the job of equipment renovation and function extension on the basis of the development of the industries and enterprises.The target of the paper is to design and improve the test system of the hydraulic pump performance test-bed.It analyzes the measurement and control system requirements of hydraulic pump performance test-bed,and described the technological process of the hydraulic pump test.Thereby,the hydraulic pump test is mainly to get up to running-in test,temperature switch performance check,static leakage test,the efficiency test,high temperature test,durability test,air suction cycling test and stress test.On the basis of that,the demand for functional requirements and test technology parameters are analyzed in detail.Through the above research,combined the technology of PLC,industrial PC,signal conditioning,data acquisition card and other related hardware technology,the paper uses the Lab VIEW software to make the hydraulic pump performance measurement and control system come true,and it meet the technological process of aseries of tests to the hydraulic pump performance measurement and control system and hydraulic test-bed.The paper improves the basic procedures,PID control algorithm and data filtering of the hydraulic pump performance system through data analysis and summary,which provides some reference for measurement and control system of the future.
