Aviation Materials Warehouse Management Of China Southern Airlines Based On Data Analysis

Warehouse management is a particularly important part of a production enterprise,and it is the guarantee for the production and operation of a company.Aviation materials are the basic materials for aircraft maintenance of civil aviation enterprises.They are related to the foundation of civil aviation operations,and their inventory value affects the operating costs of civil aviation enterprises.Storage management of aviation materials not only provides the most favorable help for airline operations,but also relates to the maintenance costs of airlines.According to the 2017 China Southern Airlines Annual Report,the cost of aviation materials accounts for about 17% of the Group’s operating costs.Based on the management background and data analysis,this paper combines the data obtained in the work and the background of the development of the civil aviation industry.Based on the status of domestic and foreign aviation materials storage,combined with the problems existing in the management of the aviation materials of Southern Airlines,it puts forward the targeted problem-solving countermeasures and improvement programs to provide effective development for the future.According to the data base of aviation materials engineering,we will focus on the optimization of the storage management of Southern Airlines’ aviation materials,and allocate a reasonable management model.The demand for aviation materials will be obtained through forecasting research and multi-base optimization configuration methods.Besides,the successful experience of foreign civil aviation will be used as reference.The purpose of this thesis is to effectively improve the guarantee rate of aviation materials,and optimize the inventory holding cost and transshipment cost,thus realizing the optimal allocation of aviation materials in various molecular companies,and to achieve the optimal management of aviation materials storage,and provide strong support to airlines.
