Medical device storage management is the basic construction project of the hospital,the establishment of the medical device warehouse management system which is more efficient and in line with the current development trend and the standard is the necessary condition for the rapid development of the hospital.With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,the warehousing and management of medical devices also enter the information and digital phase quickly,this improves the management and business operation ability of the hospital,and further improves its service efficiency and market competitiveness.This article conducts in-depth investigation on all departments in the process of medical device procurement,learn more about the procurement process,collect various documents in the process and investigate the relevant role it plays in the procurement process.Understand the successful cases of medical device warehousing management system both inside and outside the province and at home and abroad,broaden the horizon,then customize the system design according to the actual situation of our hospital,make it practical.This paper starts from the actual working requirements of medical device warehousing management in which the author is located,design a medical device warehousing management system which can adapt to the development trend of medical industry.According to the actual situation,the basic information management of medical device merchants is strengthened in the system design,added "hospital internal circulation code" design,the design of the association between the Charge Price and the Unit Price of the Product,warehouse management of cargo location and optimization for four functions.First of all,the basic information of the merchants to fine management,ensure that the product is legally compliant during the use cycle,;secondly,the design of"hospital internal circulation code " is analyzed in detail,.Understand the international general bar code design specification,the main purpose of this paper is to study the law of bar code writing for general medical devices,to find a suitable coding method for bar code writing,achieve the purpose of reducing the workload and simplifying the workflow;Third,in order to solve the problem that medical devices can not be charged in time,in the system design,the corresponding addition rate of the product is added,it is guaranteed that the charging information can be updated in time when the unit price of the product is changed,avoid late charging;Fourth,the warehousing management module is added,make warehousing management more systematic and standardized,at the same time,in order to improve the utilization rate of the warehouse,the concept of the location optimization is put forward and the data model is set up,the simulation results show that the cargo space is optimized.This paper also pays attention to the importance of data in system design,the accuracy and authenticity of data is a prerequisite for all design work,perform a valid data analysis,it can not only improve the efficiency of the system design stage,but also provide effective data support for the high-level decision-making of the medical system in the system use stage.By demonstrating the key technologies needed for the realization of the system,the system design policy is determined,the structure of the system is planned,the objectives,functions and interrelationships of each subsystem are determined,the control mode of the subsystem is determined,and the technical design and evaluation of each subsystem and the whole system are carried out respectively.The storage management of medical devices is the basis of the normal and effective operation of other departments of the hospital.It is proved that the establishment of warehousing management system in the hospital can promote the turnover rate of goods,reduce the risk of the use of medical devices in the hospital,and effectively improve the level of hospital management.
