Museums are invested with three attributes of physical collection,scientific research and social education,and has higher requirements for indoor light environment.Its lighting needs to satisfy the requirements of clear vision,comfort,color restoration and exhibit protection.The museum lighting is different from general display lighting,Because the types,appearance and size of exhibits in museums are quite different.Therefore,the use of beam angle of lighting fixtures should be flexible,which brings challenges to the design of lighting fixtures,especially to the design of optical systems.In view of the special needs of Museum lighting,this paper proposes a Triple light distribution technology,which is different from the traditional light distribution method.optical system of Triple light distribution is composed of collimating lens and micro-lens diffusion plate.The collimating lens can collect light and prevent glare at the same time.The micro-lens diffusion plate redistributes the collected light to achieve uniform illumination of the target surface.In this paper,through the theory of non-imaging optical edge ray and the law of conservation of optical expansion,the third-order light distribution optical system is modeled.The structure model of collimating lens and microlens array diffuser plate is designed by mathematical analysis and calculation method.The model is simulated and analyzed by optical simulation software optisworks,and the model is verified in practice.Finally,the finished lamp is formed and applied.To the actual museum lighting project.The Triple light distribution technology is applied to Museum lighting,which breaks the traditional method of light distribution of LED lamps and achieves uniform lighting in a specific area.It not only has perfect optical effect,but also realizes thefunction of flexibly changing the beam angle by replacing the microlens array diffuser plate,and realizes the multi-purpose of Museum LED lighting.
