Improving the level of nuclear power station operation management is an important link to improve the economy of nuclear power plants and reduce the cost of nuclear power operation.Shortening the duration of overhaul and prolonging the power generation time are the main methods to improve the average utilization ratio of the units.Special tools are a major carrier of nuclear power plant maintenance,which directly affect the quality and duration of maintenance,and some also affect nuclear safety.In addition,the operation and maintenance of special tools will consume a lot of operating costs,in which the cost of spare parts is the main part of operating costs.The management of spare parts in the autonomous operation and maintenance project of special tools for nuclear power plants is the main factor affecting the project cost.If the spare parts reserve too much,production is easy to guarantee,but occupies a large amount of liquidity;if the reserve too little,it will increase the difficulty of maintenance,production can not be guaranteed,or even cause major economic losses.Optimized management of spare parts inventory for special tools can effectively reduce operation and maintenance costs,improve tool reliability,and ensure the normal maintenance activities.How to manage the spare parts inventory effectively,find an optimal inventory control strategy,keep the inventory level at a reasonable level,reduce the amount of funds occupied,improve the utilization rate of resources,and ensure the quality of maintenance is a problem that every enterprise should seriously consider.Effective inventory management plays an active role in the smooth going of the project and the production and operation of enterprises,and is also an important subject and research direction of project management.By analyzing the management status and problems of special tools for nuclear power plants,this paper summarizes the significance of spare parts classification for inventory management,and innovatively proposes an improved ABC classification method combined with reliability analysis method.This paper first identified the key parts through the RCM analysis method,then analyzed the probability and grade of the failure of spare parts from the perspective of failure rate,and finally formed the ABC classification of spare parts by using the chart influence method.On the basis of reasonable classification,this paper selects differentiated management strategy for different categories of spare parts,optimizes inventory management for each category of spare parts,and further optimizes the whole system by using multi-base virtual inventory,achieving the effect of improving equipment reliability,reducing inventory cost and ensuring nuclear power safety.This paper also takes the Multi Stud Tensioning Machine and its related components as an example to conduct the method application and verification.Through the actual data analysis and comparison,the effectiveness and practicability of the spare parts inventory optimization method based on the reliability theory are demonstrated.This paper has a good application value for theoretical innovation and practical promotion.
