With the continuous advancement of the comprehensive deepening reform during the“13th Five-Year Plan”,S Airport has significantly improved and developed the content,mode and method of compensation management.However,there are still many problems in the inherent compensation management system of S Airport,which affect the attraction of excellent talents,restrict the working enthusiasm of employees,and inhibit the development of enterprises.In order to ensure that enterprises compete better in the new wave of reforms,it has important practical significance to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and managers,optimize the existing compensation incentive mechanism,and ensure its effective implementation.This article contains six aspects.Firstly,the background and significance of the study are discussed,and the importance of compensation optimization research is clarified.Secondly,the theory and research of compensation system are summarized,and then the research methods,ideas and framework are determined.Next,the existing human resources situation and compensation system of S Airport are described.Thirdly,the main problems and their influencing factors in the S Airport's compensation system,including insufficient competitiveness,deficiency of internal fairness,weakened non-monetary compensation and others,are discussed and analyzed.Then,in view of the existing problems,the S Airport compensation system is improved and the safeguard measures are proposed.Finally,the conclusion is put forward.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical research and case analysis,aiming to optimize the existing compensation system of S Airport based on modern compensation management theory and scientific compensation management methods,which will help to establish a reasonable compensation system,stimulate employees' working enthusiasm,promote the effective allocation of human resources in enterprises,and make compensation incentive system become a strong support to fulfil the strategic development goals of civil aviation enterprises.Meanwhile,this thesis provides reference for the formulation of compensation incentive system for similar enterprises.
