| Liaoning Province is relatively rich in energy resources.The power source installed in the province is mainly coal power,which is responsible for regional heating and peak regulation.In recent years,clean energy such as wind power,photovoltaics,and nuclear power has developed rapidly.As of 2022,the installed power generation capacity of the province will be 62,296,600 kilowatts,Among them,thermal power is37,495,800 kilowatts,solar energy is 5,039,200 kilowatts,nuclear power is 5,575,200 kilowatts,hydropower is 3,049,600 kilowatts and wind power is 11,136,800 kilowatts.In general,the installed power supply is in a state of excess,which is mainly sent to North China through UHV.Insufficient regulated power reserves in the region,especially in the heating season,are facing huge pressure of peak regulation,and the peak regulation function is basically supported by thermal power.As the capital of Liaoning Province,Shenyang occupies an important position in Liaoning’s economy.However,in the past two years,the domestic coal price has been rising due to the influence of the macro economy and imported coal,resulting in the continuous reduction of the profits of enterprises.After 2020,the salaries of SYJS power plant workers began to drop significantly.Due to the existing problems of compensation management,it not only affects the work performance of employees,but also reduces the optimal utilization of human resources in SYJS Power Plant,which has a negative impact on the stable development of the enterprise.The satisfaction of grass-roots employees,especially outstanding employees at the grass-roots level,directly affects the stability of the enterprise.If employees are emotionally unstable,it will also affect production safety.Therefore,the company should solve the current problems by continuously improving the compensation management in the enterprise and strengthening the internal management of the enterprise.This paper analyzes the current compensation management of workers in SYJS power plant through on-the-spot investigation of SYJS power plant.Some problems with SYJS power plant can be found from the survey: insufficient external competitiveness of compensation management level,compensation management lacks strategic planning,design of compensation management system structure is unreasonable.Evaluation of performance is a mere formality and not standardized,etc.Such problems will affect the decision of managers.Based on the problems existing in the compensation management of SYJS power plant,this paper will optimize the current compensation management from: establish a sound compensation management system,establish a fair performance appraisal system and ensure its operation,enhance the concept awareness of managers and establish a complete training system,introduce supervision and communication mechanism to ensure effective implementation of salary management.The optimized compensation management will increase the work enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the grass-roots employees of SYJS Power Plant,and the completion of various tasks of the team will steadily increase.Therefore,through the analysis and improvement of compensation management of SYJS power plant,this paper can provide reasonable and feasible solutions for power plants or related enterprises with similar difficulties. |
