As an important part of lifeline project,urban water supply and drainage system plays a vital role in the sustainable development of modern cities and the life and health of the people.China is an earthquake-prone country,earthquake and other natural disasters have great damage and impact on the system,the national government and relevant departments have always attached great importance to urban earthquake prevention work.Based on the analysis of the research contents of system earthquake damage and earthquake disaster prevention,the key seismic countermeasures are studied for the facilities with large earthquake damage and wide spread scope in the system.The risk assessment model based on urban water supply and sewerage system was established by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The influencing factors involved in the system were divided into three levels of index evaluation system.According to the calculation resulted of the weight of the risk index,the seismic weak parts were divided into two categories: water storage facilities and water conveyance facilities,and the seismic countermeasures for the more severely damaged parts of the two types of facilities were studied respectively.This paper put forward effective anti-seismic countermeasures for dams and pools in water storage facilities,and put forward a more general method of seismic safety assessment for existing dams in China,which integrated and optimized the influencing factors of dams.The evaluation model based on fuzzy synthetic hierarchy evaluation method was established.The evaluation efficiency and accuracy were improved through repeated debugging and example verification.It would be used to evaluate the seismic safety of dams.In order to improve the anti-seismic and disaster prevention ability of the pool,an automatic control device was designed.The automatic emergency closing valve was installed on the outlet pipe.The emergency action instruction of the valve could be issued by the seismic sensor and the flow sensor,and the water could be cut off automatically.The function ensured the emergency water supply after the earthquake.In this paper,the anti-seismic and disaster prevention countermeasures were studied for the middle water conveyance facilities of water supply and drainage system.A kind of isolation device was designed for buried pipelines which were vulnerable to ground motion damage,and a new connection mode between pipelines and supports was proposed.It could be used to resist earthquake action or to achieve the effect of energy dissipation and seismic absorption by laying a pipeline isolation layer.According to the comparison and analysis of seismic reliability between two parts of the layout map of urban pipe network system,the connectivity probability of the boundary weight network system was simulated by Monte Carlo method,which could provide guidance for the seismic design and pipeline layout of the network system.Through the study on the seismic countermeasures of various parts of the water supply and drainage system,the seismic capacity of the system could be improved to a certain extent,and it had a certain reference value for the development of lifeline engineering in China and the related researchers in this field.Figure 23;Table 15;Reference 65...
