Abstract/Summary:
In order to improve the intelligent level of train station and improve the efficiency of train water loading,the thesis studies the control system of automatic train water loading device.The automatic water loading device can replace the manual water loading operation of the train at the station,so as to effectively reduce the station staff labor intensity,low efficiency.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:1.According to the technical requirements of water loading equipment for railway passenger trains and the actual situation of railway stations,the overall scheme of automatic water loading device and supporting facilities are designed,the mechanical structure of the device is optimized,and the overall control scheme of the device is designed and studied.2.On the basis of the overall design scheme of automatic water feeding device,combined with experimental conditions,the design optimization of telescopic components and laser ranging module,the motor control module,laser ranging module,serial screen display module,WIFI communication module,temperature and liquid level information acquisition module,relay control module hardware circuit design and selection design.3.Completed the writing of driver programs for display module,motion module,WIFI communication module,information acquisition module and Supply module.The serial screen display interface is designed,the communication protocol between the serial screen and the single chip microcomputer is formulated,By establishing a server in the upper computer and establishing TCP connection between the lower computer and the upper computer through WIFI module,remote communication between the upper computer and the lower computer is achieved,and the corresponding communication rules are formulated.The driver program of the temperature and liquid level acquisition module is written.Based on the communication protocol rules between the temperature and liquid level sensor and the single chip microcomputer,the communication between the single chip microcomputer and the sensor is completed.The program of electric ball valve controlled by relay and electromagnetic suction module was written.4.By porting UC/OS-III real-time operating system,establishing task modules,setting parameters of each task module,completing scheduling between each task module through the scheduler,completing the automatic docking process of the automatic water feeding device through the time slice rotation scheduling and interrupt callback function.The whole process of water loading operation is realized automatically.And the current state is returned to the display module and the upper computer in real time.Finally,the automatic water feeding device is verified by experiment.
