Research On Quality Management Of A Area Xueliang Project

Xueliang Project was put forward in China in 2016,and a pilot city was set up.Then Tangshan successfully declared the national "Xueliang Project" construction demonstration city project.As the first construction project in Tangshan City,the Xueliang Project in Area A is of pilot and demonstration.Its quality management not only affects the public security prevention in Area A,but also serves as a model for the construction of Xueliang Project in subsequent counties and districts in Tangshan City.This paper evaluates and studies the quality management of Xueliang Project in Area A,andproposes some improvements,aiming at providing reference cases for the later construction of Xueliang Project.In the process of research,this paper usesqualitative and quantitative analysis methods,also analyzes a lot of cases and research.By studying research and paper,we can understand the knowledge of quality management,total quality management and the research trends,and deeply analyze the research methods and evaluation system construction of quality management evaluation in various domestic industries.Combined with the characteristics of Xueliang Project,case analysis and expert interview are used to establish the evaluation index system,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process are used to calculate the index weight,and finally a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established.During the research process,industry experts are invited to identify the indicators and evaluate the quality management of Xueliang Project in Area A.This paper identifies 4 criteria and 15 sub criteria.Based on the evaluation results,we ranked the evaluation indicators and analyzed the indicators which have great influence on the quality management.This paper focuses on the rationality of the design scheme,strengthening the management level of the construction site,strengthening the sense of responsibility of the constructors,and improving the level of asset management.By studying the quality management evaluation model of Xueliang Project in Area A,we can analyze and improve its quality management measures.At the same time,it has certain reference value for quality control of other Xueliang project construction and improves the quality management ability of such project builders.Figure 7;Table 9;Reference 53...
