| Entering the 21 st century,the construction and transformation of thermal power plant flue gas desulfurization facility of China have been developing rapidly.But the shortage of the design of some desulfurization facilities,the lack of the standard consciousness and work consciousness of construction enterprises and managerial experiences resulted in unstable operation of desulfurization facilities,poor reliability and non-compliance of desulfurization efficiency.Because of the special nature of the desulfurization project in the construction technology,the complexity of the technological process and the variety of the participating parties,the quality problems of the completed projects appeared frequently and the effect of purifying the flue gas was not achieved.Therefore,the quality management of the desulfurization transformation project is imperative,which requires an effective comprehensive evaluation of the quality of the desulfurization transformation project and scientific and reasonable analysis of the quality management to find out the problem of the quality management clearly.In order to improve the quality management level of the desulfurization project,achieve the effective control of the quality problems of the desulfurization transformation project and provide theoretical support for the quality management of similar projects.Firstly,this paper introduced the background and significance of the research and explained related knowledge of quality,quality management and quality management of the desulfurization transformation project based on the analysis of correlated studies both at home and abroad.Secondly,the basic situation of desulfurization transformation project in Douhe Power Plant was introduced,and the quality management system established in this project was analyzed in detail.On this basis,the evaluation index system of horizontal and vertical quality management was constructed.Then,the comprehensive evaluation model of the quality management of this project based on the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy mathematics theory was constructed in combination with the constructed index system.The quality management of desulfurization transformation project in Douhe Power Plant was evaluated synthetically,and the feasibility and rationality of the model was verified.Finally,the problems and the weak links in the quality management of the project were found through the evaluation results,and the improvement measures were put forward according to the seriousness of the problem.The direction of the quality management of the project was pointed out,and the future development of the project was forecasted. |
