| In the process of project construction,strengthening quality management,in a sense,determines the success or failure of the construction project,is the core of project management.The quality of construction projects affects the development of many industries,the applicability of people’s life,and the safety and social stability of people’s life and property.In the development of the construction industry,people tend to pursue economic benefits and speed up the construction,often slack in quality management and frequent quality accidents.Therefore,it is urgent to make a complete research on project quality management from a theoretical and practical perspective.This paper mainly studies the construction quality problems of SF project against the background,finds out the problems of project quality management according to the current situation of quality management in the project site,and proposes improvement.Paper mainly analyzes and proves the construction quality of SF project construction,finds out the problem of quality management of engineering project,adopts certain methods and countermeasures,puts forward the improvement measures,and hopes to have positive influence on the future construction project quality problem research.Based on the relevant theory of project management,combined with the current situation of SF project,this paper analyzes the weak quality awareness of construction personnel,non-standard subcontracting unit management,lack of mechanical equipment maintenance,equipment management system is imperfect,supplier selection is limited,material acceptance process is irregular,materials.Improper custody,incomplete selection of technical schemes,inadequate implementation of technical disclosure,lax supervision of construction methods,weak awareness of environmental management,and quality problems in formwork and foundation projects in specific sub-projects.From the aspects of personnel,machinery,materials,construction methods,environmental factors and so on,the paper puts forward improvement measures for the quality problems.Finally,the project quality implementation guarantee measures are constructed,and effective guarantee Suggestions are put forward for the project improvement measures from the aspects of management,organization and economy.This paper focuses on the application of improvement measures of project quality management.According to different stages of construction,the quality management is put forward in the pre-construction,post-construction and post-construction acceptance stages.According to the quality problems in different stages,the improvement measures are put forward to fundamentally improve the project quality.Then,specific solutions are proposed for the common problems in each stage.By applying PDCA cycle theory and six sigma theory to optimize the construction process of the specific project,a specific control method and system were constructed,and the project quality was continuously improved according to this procedure.The purpose of this paper is to study the quality management of SF project,to reflect the common problems in the quality management of construction project,and to provide some reference for the future quality management of engineering project. |
