Research On Quality Management Of Transmission Line Project

While the economy is taking a development in our country,the demand on electricity grows.It is an important task to build reliable power grid and improve the quality of transmission line engineering.Therefore,how to improve the quality management level of transmission line project is a problem we have to face.This paper studies mainly the comprehensive evaluation method of construction quality management of transmission line project,and How to Improve the quality management level of transmission line construction.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the subject,and analyses the current domestic and foreign research trends.Secondly,based on the theory of quality management and combined with the characteristics of transmission line engineering,a comprehensive evaluation model of transmission line construction quality management is constructed by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Thirdly,based on the evaluation model,the construction quality management of 220 kV Po-hua transmission line project is comprehensively evaluated by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,through the analysis of the evaluation results,this paper points out the weakness in the quality management of the project,and give some Suggestions for improving quality management of transmission line project are put forward.The research of this paper will provide some guidance and reference for future transmission project management.
