With the development of economy and society,the continuous progress of industrialization,the continuous improvement of residents' living standard,and the increasing consumption of electricity by industry and residents,how to provide safe and reliable electric energy for the society is related to the stability of society and the sustainable development of national economy.The distribution network is an important part of power transmission,and the safety and reliability of power supply is closely related to the stability of distribution equipment.The box-type transformer is the main place where the terminal equipment of the power system such as transformer and distribution cabinet is stored.At present,combined with the actual management experience of power grid operation,most of the management and maintenance of box-type transformer adopts manual inspection and piecewise management.This traditional management is difficult to achieve multi-dimensional maintenance of box-type transformer,and it is also relatively dull.The application of IOT technology to the intelligent management and working temperature control of box-type transformer proactively and the improvement of power supply reliability play an important role and have great practical significance in ensuring the safe operation of power equipment.In this paper,the integrated use of the Internet of things technology,use a variety of Internet equipment real-time state judgment of box change parameter extraction process,build a technology based on Internet of things,the integrated use of the Internet of things RFID and sensor technology of box-type transformer intelligent security system,can realize the change of the box running environment for intelligent monitoring and alarm,temperature control.The system is mainly composed of remote control system,STM32 real-time control system,data collection system and data processing system,fuzzy adaptive PID control system.Remote control system mainly for remote monitoring and remote control;STM32 control system is mainly responsible for coordinating the data collection system and data processing system,and communicating with the remote control system through the network for data interaction and action control.The data collection system is responsible for the data collection of the surrounding environment of the transformer box.The data processing subsystem iscomposed of STM32 microcontroller,Ethernet communication module,relay circuit and GSM alarm module,which is responsible for processing and analyzing actions.The real-time operating system used to process the data was ported to C/ os-ii,which is designed as the kernel of a real-time multi-task operating system for embedded applications.It has the characteristics of excellent real-time control and small resource space occupation,as well as strong scalability and high execution efficiency.The fuzzy adaptive PID control system can adjust the variable temperature and the set temperature adaptively.The remote control software is written by MFC based on VC6.0,the system runs smoothly,and handles sudden abnormal quickly and accurately.The intelligent security system of box-type transformer based on the Internet of things technology designed in this paper solves the shortage of traditional box-type transformer management and significantly improves the operation and maintenance efficiency of power grid equipment.It is easy to operate and in line with the general trend of intelligent development in the future.At last,the paper makes a prospect,puts forward the deficiency in the design,and clarifies the development and improvement direction of the intelligent safety system of box-type transformer in the next step.
