Research On Urban Internal Control In China

At the same time that social and economic development has advanced by leaps and bounds,the drawbacks brought about by urbanization have become increasingly apparent.Urban shackles are a common disaster in public disasters.They have greatly tested the government's ability to prevent and respond to work.Historically,it has profoundly affected people's production and life.Based on this background,this paper comprehensively applies the multi-center governance theory and emergency management theory to analyze the status quo of China's urban guilt,and puts forward the research content of the article,which analyzes the problems existing in the current urban governance in China,and treats the torrential rains in Changsha City.For the case,draw on its experience in internal management,analyze its inadequacies,and propose countermeasures for the governance of urban internal control in China.The article analyzes the current situation of China's urban embarrassment and proposes problems in the process of urban internal governance,such as weak public crisis awareness,single governance subject,poor coordination of departments,and imperfect emergency warning system.And the reasons for the problem analysis: lack of public disaster prevention knowledge,internal control mechanism is not perfect,emergency organization structure is not clear,emergency plan is simple and lack of practical exercises.Based on this,this paper takes Changsha City's torrential rain control as an example to introduce its basic situation.The comprehensive survey results explain the experience and shortcomings of Changsha Municipal Government in internal management.Based on the experience of internal control of Changsha City,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for urban internal control,namely: improving residents' awareness of disaster prevention,conducting joint governance of multiple subjects,and improving emergency response system.In order to improve the phenomenon of urban embarrassment in China,and effectively solve the problems in urban governance.
