With the rapid development of urban construction,more and more high-rise buildings have risen,and at the same time,the maintenance of high-rise building exterior walls has become a concern.Therefore,Building Maintenance Unit for high-rise building curtain wall maintenance equipment came into being.Due to the difference in the structure of the building,the design of the Building Maintenance Unit belongs to the non-standard design,and the traditional design method has a long period.Therefore,the research group aims to develop a three-dimensional parametric design software for the Building Maintenance Unit to improve the design efficiency.This topic is mainly for the research of several key technologies in the process of design software development.The main research contents are as follows:First,classify the data involved in the design software to create a complete database system.Through the secondary development of the database software,the three-dimensional parametric design software of Building Maintenance Unit is used to read and write the database,and the database is used to realize the reading and reading function of the design software.Then,according to the structure characteristics of the existing Building Maintenance Unit,the model library of the Building Maintenance Unit parts is created.Through the secondary development of the 3D drawing software,the parametric design of the 3D model of the Building Maintenance Unit based on the parts is realized,and the automatic assembly technology is used.The multi-stage telescopic arm model is drawn out,and the multi-stage telescopic arm two-dimensional engineering drawing is realized by changing the drawing reference.Finally,through the analysis of the structure and load of the Building Maintenance Unit,the finite element analysis model library of the Building Maintenance Unit is created and the parameterized design is realized.At the same time,the finite element analysis operation interface is built under the Visual Studio software,and the SolidWorks Simulation is performed based on the C# programming language.The second development,complete the automatic import analysis model,apply loads and constraints,generate grids,run examples and other operations,get the stress,displacement and strain analysis results of the telescopicarm,complete the static analysis of the telescopic arm model of the Building Maintenance Unit.The 3D parametric design software of the Building Maintenance Unit shortens the design cycle of the Building Maintenance Unit,improves the design efficiency and design rationality,and provides an effective means to support the Building Maintenance Unit design.
