Expressway is the key constituent of modern transportation network,and,the tunnel along which has many unfavorable factors such as relatively complicated environment,space,etc.,and is relatively difficult to be constructed and managed,and traffic accidents in the tunnel are more.Enhancing the quality and management level of Expressway tunnel engineering is an important method to guarantee its traffic capacity and strictly reduce the probability of traffic accident.To monitor the electromechanical equipment status is purposed to find and determine its objective conditions,so as not only for managers to prevent and deal with undesirable cases timely,but to provide information to accumulate basic data on equipment failure analysis,performance estimation,rational use and safety work.In the paper,facilities of ventilation,lighting,fire fighting,monitoring and power supply are systematically analyzed because they are not only all relevant to Expressway safety management,but can efficiently keep its technical state favorable for its smooth transportation.Firstly,based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy evaluation method to construct models against to the diverse tunnel electromechanical equipment,the complexity of applied environment and the characteristics of electromechanical facilities,among which to focus on the detected content of each module,combined with the questionnaire information from each transportation industrial experts,tunnel operating managers and construction engineers,through the degree function of membership to obtain the judgment matrix,then with the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and combined with weighted mean method to receive the evaluation results.At last,to sump up and forecast for the further improved index system and evaluation model in the stage of deep research so as to provide more information for the management of electromechanical facilities in Loushanguan Tunnel of Expressway.
