After highway tunnels have been built up, the state of operation management for electromechanical system have great effect on tunnel traffic safety. This paper takes operation management system of tunnel electro-mechanics as goal to evaluate it with second synthesis method. With the aim of finding the deficiency among them and offering the basis for proposing regulate and improving measures. According to the goal of evaluation and the characteristic of the system his paper selects fuzzy comprehensive method as the evaluation method, establishes a basic frame of evaluation system on the basis of considering synthetically various kinds of influence factors, and then analyses every index. During the course of evaluation, how to determine index weight and subordinate degree is the emphases as well as difficulties, this paper uses AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and nine scales method to determine every index weight, checking consistency of judging matrixes can increase the credibility of it; while determining subordinate degree, we combines qualitative indexes with quantitative indexes and utilizes the triangle function to determine subordinate degree and set up judging matrix. Fuzzy operator and treatment of evaluation result are also key work during evaluation, which is explained in this paper. At last, according to the established mathematics model of evaluation this paper applies the fuzzy second-comprehensive method combining with the practical example, it also analyses the result of evaluation and then puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
