Highway tunnel construction projects with long construction period, investment, technical requirements, the internal organization of the complex, extensive external linkages, etc., there is a lot of uncertainty about the risks in the construction process. To ensure that the project can be completed successfully, and the ability to achieve the maximum benefit of social, economic and environmental, thus enhancing the risk management process of building work, try to avoid the risk of the occurrence of the project has important practical significance. Highway tunnel construction projects from risk identification, risk analysis in this article, risk assessment and measures in areas such as elaborate, and finally with an engineering example, proved FAHP in highway tunnel construction risk management process usability.Firstly, access to a large number of domestic and international risk management on tunnels and underground literature, the risk of highway tunnel construction for a comprehensive combing and system analysis, a brief description of the characteristics of highway tunnel construction, and risk identification and analysis methods were compared using the combined features of the project work breakdown structure and expert surveys combination approach to the identification of risk factors, risk factors and then come to the highway tunnel construction through risk identification processes. In considering the construction project risk the uncertainty and ambiguity, proposed risk assessment model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and conduct a detailed analysis of its evaluation procedures. Finally, the actual tunnel construction projects by Dongling, Fuzzy AHP evaluation of tunnel project risk analysis, and ultimately come to a variety of risks faced by Dongling tunnel construction, and to make the probability of occurrence and severity assessment of these risks, as effective risk decision to provide correct information, evidence shows the effectiveness of FAHP in highway tunnel construction project risk management.
