This dissertation relys on residence project 57-A in the Sheshan North,Songjiang district in Shanghai city.Deep designs were conducted in prefabricated parts that include bay window,shear wall,air conditioning board,stairs,column and balcony slab.Afterwards,the production management was carried out and a series of measures were proposed to cope with production quality problems.Subsequently,the large-scale reinforcement at the top of basement was implemented to satisfy the requirement of transport and storge of PC.The major conclusions can be drawn as follows:(1)Comparsion of prefabricated concrete structure and cast-in-situ concrete structure suggests that the former will produce lower energy consumption and smaller construction influence,whereas the former needs take into account the problem of connection between prefabricated parts and cast-in-situ concrete structure.Accordingly,the design for joints is extremely complicated and the production for joints has a high requirement.Considering that there are a series of construction techniques that include transport,storage,lifting construction,etc,it is essential to carry out the management during the period of design,production and construction.(2)Detailed deep design and production management have been carried out in this project.During PC design,70% strength of concrete was taken as the strength demoulding and the corresponding demoulding calculation was implemented in both X and Y directions.In order to guarantee the safety of construction,the calculation of embedded part inside the board was conducted.During PC production,12 kinds of quality problems were shown and the corresponding treatment measures were proposed.The above measures can provide guidance for similar projects.(3)The large-scale reinforcement at the top of basement was carried out to achieve the smooth transportations.Specifically,the existing steel pipe support was adopted and encrypted.After that,the calculation of the two-way slab was conducted to acquire the value of the equivalent uniform live load.Subsequently,the calculation for beam racks and plate racks were carried out.Among these,the calculation for beam rcaks aims at live load on the plate,template weight and steel pipe weight.Finally,the treatment of reinforcement reduces cost.(4)Analysis of the key technical points during construction was conducted.A series of reasonable treatments were used to cope with problems that include conflict between rebars,grouting quality,control of the amount of gouting,etc.By controlling each construction link can reduce the possibility of rework and lost labor.The above analysis can offer guidance for similar projects.
