Construction Design And Expression Of Precast Concrete Wall Panels ＆ Building Openings ——Special Research Based On Architectural Construction Design:Materials,Construction And Structure

With the progress of the times,although China’s construction industry has been developing with the goal of international standards,the overall environment is still extensive,and there is a lack of more in-depth study on the details.Technology and expression are rooted together,but they are often dealt with separately.In this project,the author participated in the compilation of the textbook of Architectural Structure Course Architectural Construction Design: Materials,Construction and Structure of the research group,and selected two special topics of precast concrete wall panels and building openings construction design to further expand the research.The purpose is to screen and collect excellent cases at home and abroad,absorb the actual project experience of the studio,and provide reference for architects in their work.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the basic situation of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,and introduces the application status of precast concrete wall panels and building openings construction design methods at home and abroad.The second chapter is the structural design and expression of precast concrete wall panels,which is divided into five sections: basic concept,surface design,panel joint design,parapet design and coping design.Among them,it focuses on the study of panel joint design to understand how the detailed structure treatment actively participates in the expression of building facade.The third chapter is the expression of building openings construction design,which is divided into four sections: form driven design,mechanical property driven design,weatherability driven design and thermal performance driven design.The form driven design is mainly described from the selection of frame material,the installation depth of the window,the division of the window frame,and the size of the door opening,so as to lay the knowledge foundation for the later discussion of the performance driven design.The design driven by weatherability is from the perspectives of waterproof,sunscreen and anti glare.The design driven by thermal performance is divided into thermal insulation and ventilation.The design elements of portal components are described.The fourth chapter is the conclusion,summarizes the content of the full text,analyzes the existing shortcomings,and puts forward new prospects.There are about 21000 words and 186 charts in this paper.
