The competition in the motor industry of Acompany is becoming more and more fierce.It is difficult to improve the sale price of the product.But theupstreampurchasing cost is rising.The customer’s requirements for the quality of the product and the demand for the delivery cycle are also gradually improved.These have brought A’s concerns to the supply chain.In particular,supplier selection is very important.A good supplier can reduce procurement cost,improve material purchase quality and respond to material purchase cycle of A company in time,so as to enhance A company’s market competitiveness.The A company production procurement and supplier selection of A company,and find out the problems in this regard,research on supplier selection,combined with A company production purchasing in supplier selection problem,firstly analyzes the problem of multiple suppliers,the importance of material corresponding company procurement supplier selection the basis for traditional production procurement suppliers,set up supplier selection method combining basic indexes and auxiliary indicators,and establish a method of basic indicators and secondary indicators were studied,put forward to the basic indicators as the basis,comprehensive basic indexes and auxiliary index for the optimization of the selected supplier selection method.The basic indicators are based on the problems that A companies need to solve at present,and also set up by the A company that attaches great importance to it and needs to be improved.There are five sub indexes for the basic indicators: purchase cost,payment condition,delivery time rate,delivery cycle,quality qualification rate.Additional indicators are A company’s other indicators that need to be improved and it focus on medium and long term development cooperation.The sub index of additional indicators consists of five components: supplier NCR,timeliness,price reduction plan,contract change flexibility,supplier qualification,joint R & D plan.The score of the index and the weight of the index are obtained by the expert score.The weight of experts is calculated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)according to the content of the index.It reduces the interference of experts in the non self field and increases the effectiveness of the comprehensive index to select the supplier.This method is in line with the criteria of the traditional purchasing supplier selection,which has operational feasibility and practical effectiveness.
