Along with China’s one belt,one road center,and the rapid development of the world’s large-scale infrastructure projects,the state-owned construction enterprises have gradually accelerated their own development.And gradually seek a senior advantageous position in the world market.Through the relevant research on supplier selection management at home and abroad,this paper makes a case analysis on the problems generated by construction project enterprises in the actual construction process,makes a field investigation on the current supplier management of ZJSJ company,summarizes the management problems,and designs the improvement scheme of supplier selection management,In order to provide a solution for improving the management level of project supplier selection.Starting from the adoption of new classification standards for suppliers,this paper puts forward improvement schemes for selecting suppliers,assessing suppliers and maintaining suppliers.Firstly,it expounds the problems existing in supplier selection management of ZJSJ company and the necessity of improvement.Based on the prevention of supplier selection management risk of ZJSJ company,from the perspective of prevention,standing on the principle and basis of supplier selection management risk operation,this paper summarizes the specific countermeasures to reduce and regulate the supplier selection management risk of ZJSJ company.Improve the supplier selection and management risk,and gradually strengthen the time supervision of the supplier selection and management risk of ZJSJ company,so as to solve the specific countermeasures for construction enterprises to reduce the supplier selection and management risk,adjust the risk handling ability,and gradually stabilize the operation ability of supplier selection and management.Based on the analysis and summary of the existing research on supplier selection management,this paper introduces the relevant situation of ZJSJ company in detail,analyzes the factors affecting supplier selection management,and establishes an index system based on supplier selection management concept,management system,supplier evaluation and selection,communication management,implementation management and development strategy,These indexes are deeply analyzed,which provides a more scientific reference for the completion of the company’s supplier selection management evaluation.
