The competition between enterprises is the competition between supply chains.As an important part of supply chain management,supplier selection plays a very important role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.If enterprises can intuitively and concisely solve the difficulties in the process of supplier selection,select the right supplier,and better achieve multi-win cooperation,to enhance the social competitiveness of enterprises and their partners,has a very important strategic significance.Therefore,this paper discusses how to optimize the process of supplier selection for Q company,so as to better select the right supplier for Q company.First of all,this paper sorts out the relevant concepts of supplier and supplier management,expounds the basic principles of supplier selection,the relevant theories of the relationship between enterprises and suppliers,as well as the related concepts of analytic hierarchy process and approximate ideal solution sorting,which will be involved in this paper,and focuses on the principles and steps of the analysis methods.Secondly,it introduces the division of responsibilities and business process of procurement of Q Company,expounds its current supplier development process,selection criteria and methods,and analyzes the existing problems in the process of supplier selection of Q Company.Thirdly,based on the principles and steps of the analytic hierarchy process,the opinions of relevant colleagues in various departments of Q company were solicited through questionnaires to confirm the supplier evaluation index,and the hierarchy structure of the supplier evaluation index that is in line with the reality of Q Company was constructed.The weights of evaluation indexes are designed according to the operation steps of analytic hierarchy process,so as to obtain the supplier evaluation index system of Q company.Finally,based on the designed supplier evaluation index system,TOPSIS analysis method is used to make a comprehensive evaluation of suppliers.The constructed selection model is applied to the supplier selection project of Q Company’s color watermark carton,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the selection model are tested and evaluated.The results show that the model can make the supplier management level of Q Company more efficient and orderly.So it can bring more economic benefits to the enterprise.In order to ensure that the optimized supplier selection process of Q Company can be effectively implemented in the actual process,corresponding measures are formulated from three aspects: human resources,information system mechanism guarantee and financial support. |
