With the continuous improvement of EMU operation speed,the comprehensive performance requirements of bogies for EMU are becoming higher.Based on the analysis of material composition and material properties of the anti-roll bar,through research and analysis of mechanical structure parts,through computer simulation parts assembly,through parts assembly work fatigue test and so on,the fatigue properties of anti-roll bar have been studied on,and improved design of torsion bar assembly also been developed,in order to meet the requirements of high-speed railway EMU.Literature researched at home and abroad has been performed on the side rolling torsion bars,and some research theories and research achievements on the influential and representative fatigue characteristics in the world have been enumerated.In this paper,the fatigue failure modes of each component in the anti-roll torsion bar system and the failure mechanism are analyzed,and the degree of the fatigue failure of the whole component is analyzed.The structure size and selection material of the anti-roll bending torsion bar are preliminarily designed by the classical formula,and the requirements of the train against the lateral roll stiffness of the two line spring are achieved.The yield strength and the fatigue limit strength of the parts are checked by the classical fatigue strength checking formula,and the product model is initially set up.The working behavior of anti-roll bar is simulated by ANSYS WORKBENCH 15,and the fatigue life or fatigue limit strength of the anti-roll bar is preliminarily predicted.Comparing and analyzing the influence degree of different factors on the fatigue characteristics of the side rolling torsion bar,the optimum design results are obtained.Then the actual anti roll stiffness is calculated by the actual test,and its fatigue characteristics are verified.In this paper,the author provides a basis for the design and improvement of the new anti-roll torsion bar by studying the anti-roll torsion bar system.Test of anti-rolling torsion bar in a fatigue test machine,verified the design of torsion bar is in line with national standards and European standards against the roll bar of the fatigue life of the requirements,test methods and test equipment used for the development of future product design,improve product life and improve the reliability of products,to provide more ways and reference.
