Study On Project Scheduling And Controlling Of Steering Systm In TKP Company

Electronic power steering system(EPS)shows its performance in comfort,safety,energy saving aspects.It stands for the future development of automotive steering technology.As a professional supplier of steering system,Thyssenkrupp Presta(TKP)have put his footprint into the Chinese market,in the middle of 2015,successfully developed the EPS Gen2.0 platform,and firstly launch in the Chinese market,then won a substantial customer orders in the fierce competition of the EPS steering system.But due to new customer project lead time is short,while EPS product technical is complex,TKP hopes to guarantee the quality of project,as well as shorten new product development and production lead time,to meet customer requirements.At the same time,we can summarize the lesson learns of the whole project,and use the first Gen2.0 local project as the benchmark to build the foundation for EPS new projects in the future.This article is based on project schedule management,use the first local project GAC A5 H as the research object,based on the TKP global project management processes,based on related theory and method to develop schedule,tracking the whole process of project activities,to realize the effective control.Mainly use the WBS,and combining the TKP project management process,using four different time estimation methods,to obtain the preliminary project schedule.We can meet the time by using parallel work and resource allocation methods to compress the schedule and optimize the plan.During project development,using regularly meeting and project review to monitor the actual progress of the project and ensure the project's overall progress.Efficient project planning and control of the development are the key to ensure the completion of the GAC A5 H project on time,and also serve as a reference for TKP's future development and production of new projects.
