Permanent magnet motor using permanent magnet excitation,without excitation current.Permanent magnets are diverse in shapes,flexible in size,and strong in topology.The Permanent magnet motor has simple construction,small volume,light weight,large torque inertia ratio.Permanent magnet motor also has the advantages of high efficiency,high performance,high power density.So permanent magnet motor has the incomparable virtues than the conventional motor,application scope is extremely broad.In this paper,the field-circuit coupling electromagnetic calculation program is compiled by studying the basic principle and algorithm of permanent magnet synchronous generator,generator design principle and concrete analysis and calculation of parameters,and combined with our company motor design experience.With basic performance parameters of the 1MW high power density PMSG as the foundation,this article design the appropriate electromagnetic scheme,and use field-circuit coupling electromagnetic calculation program to analyze electromagnetic scheme.This paper,based on the technical conditions of 1MW PMSG,designs the appropriate the overall structure,bearing structure,the structure of the ventilation and insulation structure.This paper also analyzes and checks the critical speed of the rotor and the strength of the key components.We produce a 1MW PMSG prototype as an example,analyze the research results in the actual production application,and through the type testing data to preliminary design scheme.Finally summarize the above analysis conclusion,for the follow-up design of permanent magnet motor play a guiding role.
