In recent years, accompanying with highly developed electronic technologies and Internet innovation, role of building automation turns into a systematic optimization from fundamental monitoring. And its major target becomes promoting energy efficiency and deduce operation costs of apparatus. In China, energy consumption of building operation costs a lot,and central air conditioners take its major part with a ratio of 67%.With technology of air conditioner operation optimization and scheduling of building automation, energy saving operation of building would be pushed forward effectively.Firstly, history of central air conditioner is reviewed, and classical control strategies of central air conditioners of China and abroad are also concluded in this paper.Based on these, working mechanism, system structure and working procedure are illustrated in detail, and energy cost analysis and performance indexes are also analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of researches on control system working procedure, characteristics of central air conditioner and its subsystems, control strategy analysis and control system are done,a frequency-pressure error control method of secondary pump, and cooling fan speed-outlet water temperature control strategy is proposed.Thirdly,on the basis of newly constructed models and target of lower energy consumption,a variable flu rate control strategy which based on the adaptivity of valve and load control strategy is proposed in this paper, which intends to solve the problem of coupling between cooling pump and cooling fun.A simulation is successfully done, which show righteous and effectiveness. Finally,a hardware in line(HIL)simulation based on an experimental device is done, and results show effectiveness and righteous of the proposed control method.
